After a short in one of the circuits in our house, Simon came out right away and helped square us away. We'll definitely be giving STL a call in the future if anything else comes up.
I called Symon as I had a number of instances where my electricity kept tripping. He came over same day and resolved the issue however it turned out that the problem was with more than one circuit and a different circuit from the original one started tripping. Symon came back twice more and got to the bottom of the issue. He was patient and friendly and worked until it was fully fixed. Would highly recommend.
Highly recommend Simon and STL Electrical. One of our mains tripped during a freak thunderstorm resulting in no power to part of our kitchen (incl fridge) and internet. Simon was a lifesaver and kind enough to respond to an after hours emergency call, arriving within the hour. Despite the onsetting dark and rain, Simon was friendly and reassuring whilst he went about his work. After finding and bypassing the faulty switch, Simon was able to restore power (and save the food in our fridge) within an hour of arrival. He then returned the following week with new parts to replace the faulty switch. Simon is professional, thorough, and reliable and offers very reasonable rates. He is now my go-to local electrician. Simon from STL Electrical is excellent, one of the best tradies I worked with during my renovation. He works fast, does quality work, and communicates well. Plus he wears little booties when he comes inside the house which is very considerate, and sometimes it's the little details that count! Highly recommend these guys.
