After having problems with our hot water, I contacted Static Services Sunshine Coast. I was told they could get a technician to come & have a look at the problem on the same day that I rang.Simon arrived just after lunch, told us what the problem was. He gave us 3 options, along with a quote for each.After agreeing to one, he went ahead fixing it. By about 3.30pm we had hot water again. Simon was very friendly, polite & helpful. Outstanding service from start to finish. Job was accepted, quoted and completed the day after first contacting them. Connor arrived to swap existing ceiling fans, install remotes and remove old fans all for a very reasonable price. Entire experience was a delight. Courteous, professional and efficient.
