Protec Electrical

Consistent professionalism and reliability are the themes that surface most often when customers describe this Melbourne electrical business. Troy is named repeatedly as the technician at the centre of the work, with reviewers highlighting his courteous manner, his punctuality and the efficient way he completes each task. A handful of customers describe projects that range from extensive lighting and electrical installations in homes to smaller jobs such as lighting upgrades in apartments and electrical work for a small cafe.

A point made in several accounts is the standard of the finished result, alongside fair pricing that customers consider reasonable for the work delivered. Communication is another recurring strand, with initial enquiries answered quickly and jobs quoted and completed promptly, sometimes on the same day.

Reviewers also value the advice Troy offers on potential future work and his ability to think creatively about solutions, describing him as knowledgeable and skilled. Tidiness and a careful finish are mentioned in relation to the completed installations, and customers note that everything was left in working order both during and after the job. The combination of technical expertise, clear communication and dependable scheduling is what customers return to when describing their experiences with the team.

Honest people! Got my security cameras installed! Surely recommend Ahmed

The very best electricians. Prompt, fair pricing, efficient and super responsive for me and my small cafe. Troy and co. are the greatest tradespeople I have ever used!

This business is staffed by the most professional, thoughtful and clever electricians you'd ever need. They are legends!

We had a long and frustrating journey in getting a solar panel system installer. My husband called our regular electrician to do upgrades to the switchboard and wiring in preparation, and our electrician recommended Troy of Protec Electrics whom he said was the best solar installer he knew. Troy was great to work with at every stage from initial consultation, design and quote, to completion and follow up. We are confident that Troy will provide follow up service and advice should we need that into the future because he is a local businessman who will not just disappear if the volume of work drops off. Troy is the hands on tradesman who was also the technician and installer, and that gave us confidence for now and into the future with our new solar electrical system. Thank you Troy

Troy and his team were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. From the initial phone call, to the callout to quote the job and then completing the job itself, I was very happy with the level of service and the quality of work provided. Thanks again for the help.

I have found Troy to be a very reliable, knowledgable and skilled technician, who has that all-important ability to think outside the square. I am always very confident, with Troy on the job.

Troy was a pleasure to deal with. Responded to my initial enquiry within 24 hours and then quoted and completed the job the very same day. Highly professional. Arrived when arranged and did the job highly efficiently. Would recommend to anyone wanting a good sparky.
