Premium Electrical Solutions

Premium Electrical Solutions has earned repeat business around Bundaberg through work that ranges from small fixes to substantial installations. Several customers describe a demanding rewire of an older home, carried out while the team liased with Ergon Energy and stayed on site from first light until dusk to finish. Others mention downlight replacements, additional power points, air conditioning fitting, generator power points, ceiling fans and solar shower repairs, with reviewers repeatedly noting that options and advice were set out plainly before any work started.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the strength of communication, covering the initial enquiry through to final accounts, including jobs where owners lived hours away and trusted the crew to collect keys from a realtor and complete the work unsupervised. Anthony, Joseph, David and receptionist Kayla are named in feedback for their patience, professionalism and readiness to coordinate with other trades such as concreters on tricky sites.

Customers also highlight prompt scheduling, courteous staff, fair and upfront costs, and a habit of leaving each area clean and tidy before leaving. Faulty wiring, short circuits and unsuitable light fittings were traced, made safe and put right, while bigger projects such as full rewires were completed without mess or disruption. The pattern across feedback is organised, dependable electrical work that clients return to for later jobs.

We had the team from Premium Electrical Solutions work at our house again last week. They were prompt and professional installing down lights, a fan and a generator power point. They were polite and efficient leaving the work areas clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them.

Premium Electrical Solutions recently helped us with the electrical and data work for our new offices. They are an awesome company and group of people to work with. The work was first class and the service was above and beyond.
