Original Electrics

Home builders, renovators and households around Maitland appear throughout the feedback for this electrical operation, and a steady theme emerges. Customers writing about their orders describe Josh and Jordan as punctual, diligent and honest, with workmanship that shows care and attention to detail. Renovation and new-build projects recur, covering switchboard rewiring, lighting, fans, shed lighting, powerpoints and aerial points, as well as underground three-phase power run to a garage. A number of reviews mention how quotes were handled and what the final cost came to, noting that the figure matched what had been discussed and that no task was considered too small.

Tidiness is another common point, with the trades cleaning up afterwards and even bringing a vacuum for the purpose. Communication before and after the job draws praise, as does the capacity to attend at short notice, including during a flooding event when power had been lost. Speed is a further theme, with jobs completed faster than anticipated and faults found and fixed quickly. Electrical installation and lighting work are the mainstays, and customers highlight the calm, efficient way obstacles during a job were managed. Josh's work ethic and Jordan's reliability are singled out by name.

As a builder we use Josh and the team from Original Electrics quite often on our building projects. Great team, great service. Polite and organised, and a pleasure to have on site. Highly recommended.
