Louis and Jack from O’Shea Electrical came today to do work @ my house. They were both polite and had good customer service skills. They were diligent and timely with the work that was to be done. They both went above and beyond to make my experience a happy one. They also tidied the places where they worked before leaving. Thank you

Louis and Jack were amazing. I desperately needed downlight and smoke detector replacement work done in my apartment. They were on time, had everything they needed to complete the job in one go and even had time to fit a new rangehood over my stove. They cleaned up after they'd finished and I'm thrilled with their efforts. Highly recommend them.

A quote was organised quickly at a time convenient for me. Nik did the quote and then came back and completed the work on a day where it was convenient for me to have the power off. He replaced the switchboard quickly and showed me his work inside the board before covering it up. The work was really neat and organised. Overall extremely happy with the job.

Previously I wrote a review of O'Shea's very poor customer service. Since then I have been contacted by the company and advised they have changed their internal processes to ensure the same issues do not arise again. This is impressive! The company provided a free electrical check and I have since engaged O'Shea to do a small electrical job for me. The electrician was courteous, and the work was done efficiently, including the clean up afterwards!

Excellent service. They came quickly and replaced our bathroom exhaust fan efficiently with no fuss. Would certainly use O'Shea again in the future

George was excellent and very informative. He's the best electrician I've met, and I've met a few. Highly recommend O'Shea electrical. I contacted O'Shea because I was happy with their roofing department, so I called up for electrical and have also had a good experience.

Lost my hot water when my dog bit through the electrical cables of my HWS. George from O'Shea Electrical arrived within a couple of hours, did an excellent job both in the repair and in puppy-proofing the work so it can't happen again. He was courteous and efficient - all fixed in less than an hour and at a very competitive price. Job done and dusted while I'm still waiting for 2 other people I called to get back to me. Can't recommend highly enough.
