Midcoast Air are a well run company providing all Airconditioning services to customers in Hervey Bay and surrounds and they do it in a professional way. I have found staff to be well qualified, competent, courteous and a pleasure to meet. I engaged Midcoast to replace our air-conditioning 12 months ago which has operated perfectly over that time. Today the unit was due for a service which was carried out by Midcoast's service personnel who following the service assured me that all was well and good for the next year. I have no hesitation in recommending Midcoast Air.

We had our ducted air conditioning unit replaced today by the team at Midcoast Air. The boys arrived on time and did an excellent job replacing the unit in the roof and the outdoor unit as well. Very happy with their service and would have no hesitation in recommending Midcoast Air for all your air conditioning needs.

The serviceman was thorough and friendly, knew his job. My only complaint was I had to phone you to see if you were still coming after being 2 hours late within your stated timeline. A phone call to me if you are going to be late would have been preferred considering your company had been paid a week before to do the job.
