Link Electrical Contracting

Electrical contracting across Launceston and the surrounding district is the service customers describe, with Alex named again and again for the standard of his work. A fuse panel fire that required immediate attention is one job mentioned, alongside a complete three-phase mains upgrade, switchboard replacements at two separate properties, an additional power point and a new oven installation. Customers in several reviews describe the same pattern of punctuality and reliability, noting that Alex arrives when he says he will and works quickly without cutting corners.

Clear communication before and after each job is a point that comes up often, with reviewers mentioning prompt replies, flexibility when times were organised and careful listening that meant the work was right the first time. Fair pricing is mentioned repeatedly, with customers saying the charge felt earned rather than excessive. Tidiness also recurs, including drop sheets to protect floors, rubbish removed and areas left spotless. Reviews regularly refer to Alex's courteous and professional manner, and Marcus is named as easy to work with on one job. The team handles everything from small repairs to complex upgrades.

Excellent customer service and polite, Alex is extremely efficient in completing tasks whether small or complex. Very highly recommended

Used Link electrical for a shed wire up and fit out. Communication and workmanships was 5 stars. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Alex and Marcus were very easy to work with. Their communication was prompt and they were flexible around organising a time to do the job. Importantly they took time to listen and understand what I wanted done and therefore got it exactly right the first time. They took care to thoroughly clean up afterwards. Their pricing was very reasonable. I felt that they earned what they charged and I never felt that I was being ripped off, something of a rarity these days. I recommend their services.

Great communication which in turn becomes great work. We have used Link several times and would never consider going elsewhere, as good as it gets. Highly recommend to anyone trying to find their sparky

I had an emergency, my dairy had lost all power late Saturday arvo and I needed to milk 450 cows at 5:30 am next morning , the electrician from Link came out promptly & found the problem but was unable to fix it there and then without additional equipment Which would have taken to long to get under the circumstances ( cows need to be milked on time ) He was polite , professional, But unfortunately couldn’t help me out this time , so I had to find someone else who could .

Alex has to be one of the best trades people we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Today we met Marcus, who also is one in a million. We cannot hesitate to recommend Link Electrical, an absolutely outstanding business. 100 stars from us!

I’ve used Link Electrical for several jobs, air-conditioning installation at my business, as well as maintenance and emergency call outs at home. Every time, the work has been completed to a high standard. Neat, safe and with excellent communication throughout. Reliable, easy to deal with and clearly knows his trade. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fantastic electrician!
