Level Electrical Launceston

Level Electrical Launceston has built a reputation in Launceston for dependable work and straightforward dealing, with Phil and his team frequently singled out by name. Several buyers describe the crew as professional, responsive and attentive to detail, noting that communication before and after a job is clear and that appointments are kept. A recurring theme is the willingness to fit work in quickly, including an oven and cooktop installation arranged on the same day as the initial enquiry, and reviewers frequently point to that jobs are finished promptly even when time is tight.

Pricing is described as fair and affordable rather than inflated, and the advice offered is practical and clearly explained. Tidiness and care around the property come up as well, along with the team's friendly manner and the ease of dealing with them over repeat visits. Beyond standard electrical installation, customers have mentioned appliance repairs, including work on an old slide projector, and the same level of service has been noted in other dealings with the business. The impression left is of skilled tradespeople who handle problems calmly and leave the work in good order, with reliability and clear communication standing out across the feedback.

Really helpful, skilled and well priced. Fixed my old slide projector too! Thank you!!!

Very professional !!! affordable services too

Perfect work in limited time 👌

Multiple calls and emails for a quote but never sent one and was unresponsive. The lady who answers the phone is crazy and recommends other electricians over her own employer!!

Phil is fantastic. Great communication and very organised. A true professional. I didn’t require his electrical services but I purchased a vehicle from him and if his customer service from that interaction is at all similar to the way he conducts business (which I’m sure they are) then he’s the man for the job.

This business was called numerous times regarding an poa electrical problem. Not only did they not return calls but when he finally turned up 2 hours late to give quote, saying he would emai itl to me. As we are on a time frame 2 days layer still no quote. Three days down the track after further unanswered calls still no quote. They have stuffed me around wasted my time and I would NEVER use this business again.

Great company, I have utilised their services multiple times. Professional, responsive and with high attention to detail. Phil and the team are always a pleasure to deal with and exemplify quality customer service.
