Multiple calls and emails for a quote but never sent one and was unresponsive. The lady who answers the phone is crazy and recommends other electricians over her own employer!!

Phil is fantastic. Great communication and very organised. A true professional. I didn’t require his electrical services but I purchased a vehicle from him and if his customer service from that interaction is at all similar to the way he conducts business (which I’m sure they are) then he’s the man for the job.

This business was called numerous times regarding an poa electrical problem. Not only did they not return calls but when he finally turned up 2 hours late to give quote,saying he would emai itl to me. As we are on a time frame 2 days layer still no quote. Three days down the track after further unanswered calls still no quote. They have stuffed me around wasted my time and I would NEVER use this business again.
