Just-In Time Electrical

Residential and after-hours jobs shape the feedback for this Brisbane electrical business, and the accounts share a clear pattern. A number of customers describe swift responses to urgent calls, including one out-of-hours visit where a failing light fixture was diagnosed over the phone before the electrician arrived. Reviewers often mention that arrival times are confirmed by message or call beforehand, with realistic windows rather than vague promises. The scope of work covered is broad: new sauna heaters, ceiling fans with lights, powerpoints, smoke alarms, air conditioning installation and power box upgrades, along with an oven repair.

Clear quotes and upfront costs come up again and again, and customers note that explanations are pitched in plain language. Tidiness features strongly, with sites left clean after installations and repairs. Named staff such as Ben, Declan, Phil, Allan, Ryan and George are singled out for professional, friendly and knowledgeable conduct, and one customer notes a replacement air conditioner was fitted within a week of the old unit failing. Safety testing of smoke alarms rounds out the accounts.

If you want the job done right with great professionalism and advise Just In Time Electrical are the team for you will definitely recommend to anyone for any electrical job

I called this company for a Sunday emergency call out. One of my light fixtures stopped working the day before new tenants were due to arrive. After calling the number on the website, I spoke directly to the electrician, no annoying automatic response and a fast pick up. I sent through pictures of the issue while talking to him and he was able to diagnose the issue while on the phone. He provided up front and clear pricing, which included the emergency call out fee. He arrived earlier than he said he would and did the job quickly and to a fantastic standard. This company saved me a real headache and I'm very grateful to them. I would happily recommend them to anyone and will be using them going forward. A massive thank you to Allan, very professional and excellent work.

Did the job quickly and with a friendly attitude. Found a couple more things that needed fixing but were extremely reasonable and explained everything in a way I could understand. Plus cleaned up everything when they were done!

Very disappointed with the customer service, was a very brief consultation and poorly provided information to customer. I end up with a timber electrical pole that looks is an eyesore in front of my house, was not told during consultation that I could not have it near the fence as requested. End up paying nearly $7000 for nothing as it devalued my house instantly and is literally an eyesore right in the front a few metres from the fence. Was not informed about a non-pole option because the owner of this company couldn't be bothered to do some research and lay out all options to me as he was obviously going to make more money with the pole option. I am very angry that my hard earn money went no where and end up getting another electrician advice who agreed that a non-pole option was better, aesthetically pleasing and of course cheaper. The owner of JIT admit his errors and no recompense was offered either. Sorry I don't trust your services anymore. This has been a nightmare experience for me. Now I have to pay to get rid of this pole and pay someone to do the right thing for the home owner/me in the first place and do it effectively.

Can't speak highly enough about this business. Have them used twice and both times the electricians have been really good. Friendly, professional with excellent communication. Do yourself a favour and give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Great service. No pressure or pushy sales pitch. Phil was extremely helpful and respectful. He offered invaluable advice. Will be sure to use them again.

Quoted to install new sauna heater, came out and got job done and was very professional. Kept us informed throughout process and very happy 😃
