Intelli-Gen Electrical Solutions

Prompt, tidy workmanship under the direction of Jakob is the theme that runs through feedback on this Dudley Park electrical business. More than one customer describes jobs completed to a high standard, from a failed solar hot water system replaced within days to a new air-conditioning unit installed while the old one was dismantled and removed, along with a hot point fitted and smoke alarms supplied and mounted on the spot. Reliability and punctuality come up often, including an after-hours call-out where a power outage was traced and sorted.

Reviewers frequently point to clear quotes given up front, then updates when a quoted item was unavailable, with a modern messaging system used to track progress before and after the job. People note that communication stayed detailed and timely throughout, that the team behaves like an organised business rather than a trade service, and that premises were left clean and tidy. Jakob is named for his politeness, helpful advice and willingness to work through the scope of a job, whether preparing a property for sale or handling a solar hot water replacement. Householders describe feeling kept informed at every stage.

We called over the weekend and Jacob has attended the property and sorted out the power outage problem. Very reliable and efficient and highly recommended.

Jakob and his team were amazing to deal with from my initial phone call to the installation of my new heat pump hot water system. I would highly recommend his company for all your electrical needs.

Jakob was very efficient. He turned up at the appointed time and completed the job promptly. He installed the fast charger for the vehicle exactly where I wanted it in my garage and explained how to use it in a way I could understand. Would definitely use Jakob again for my electrical requirements.

I was impressed with Jakob, solid communication skills, attention to detail, tidy workmanship. I have had many tradesmen perform work at my home but Jakob is someone different that he is no way arrogant and very sincere. Jakob brief hello to my wife left an impression that we’ll get this guy back for any future electrical work. You are solid keep doing what you are doing.

We were very happy with the service we had from Jacob. He was able to see what was needed and return with the smoke alarms and instal them straight away. Jacob also was very polite, helpful and timely.

Blown away with their incredible service and efficiency. I highly recommend Intelli-gen to everyone.
