I spoke to Adrian over the phone and he was very prompt in sheding light on my situation. Adrian was highly respectful, courteous and prompt. He advised that someone would visit within an hour, and this was accurate. Dimitri was polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable on on the situation. My situation was resolved and given his positive projection, it definitely did by far exceed my expectations.
