Innovative Electrics - Commercial Electricians Melbourne

Commercial and renovation clients in Melbourne time and again highlight the punctual, tidy workmanship of this electrical installation service. Downlights, added power points, ceiling fan swaps and electric vehicle charger fitting recur across accounts, with customers noting that tasks were handled efficiently and without upselling. More than one review highlights clear explanations of the work and the process, from the first phone call through to completion, with named staff such as Adrian and Dimitri praised for their prompt, courteous and knowledgeable handling of enquiries.

Matt is singled out for replacing ceiling fans politely and cleaning up afterwards, while Jonathan and Jake are thanked for a straightforward fix and a satisfactory walkthrough of the due process. Thermal imaging carried out on motors and control boards also draws positive comment, with a client appreciating the evident pride taken in the trade. Quotes and pricing are described as fair, and the team is characterised as organised, professional and consistent in leaving premises clean. Communication before and after the job, reliability in arriving when promised, and the quality of the finished result are the themes that keep surfacing, including for clients who restrict work on their business premises to this company alone.

I want to thank Jonathan and Jake from innovative electronics for the job done and the service provided. Job turned out to be an easy fix but I thought they were absolutely about it and explained the due process in a satisfactory manner. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again for future prospects.
