I had two young men attend my rental property this week for a light switch replacement. They arrived on time and were polite, professional, friendly and efficient. While they were completing the job, I asked a few questions about other maintenance issues: (a)poorly lit room; and (b) an issue with a garage door. I didnt ask for them to fix anything just to work out whether it was something I should direct to their company or another service provider. They happily engaged in brief discussions about both. Once they had finished the light switch, one of the young men found me and said they still had a little time left on the job and asked if I would like them to take a quick look at the garage door? I was genuinely surprised and very grateful. Within five minutes, they were able to let me know it was not a remote or power issue, but that the electric door motor had failed. They also gave me the right wording to use when submitting the maintenance request. It may not have been a big extra task for them, or for Ingham’s as a company, but for me it was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of time. If this is the quality of the Ingham’s team, then congratulations. Highly recommend.

Spoke to the ladies at Becon Lighting who gave me Inghams business card. Thay were very good from the start sent someone out to look at work then sent estimate. Work completed excellently no mess at all spoke to Inghams regarding estimate and time taken which they then accordingly sent me a revised cheaper invoice.
