Helix Electrical

Helix Electrical customers in Newcastle consistently highlight the company's responsiveness, punctuality and the clarity of its pricing. Several reviewers describe receiving an exact quote upfront, with no unexpected costs, and note that the team arrives when it says it will. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the neatness of the finished work; downlights, a pendant light over a staircase, a ceiling fan and a feature light are all mentioned as jobs completed to a high standard, including matching paint to existing trims.

Communication before and after the job is repeatedly praised, with staff explaining what is needed in plain terms and keeping clients informed throughout, something a commercial client values when coordinating with other trades. Ryan is named several times for his professionalism and reliability, and the wider team is described as friendly and easy to deal with. Reviewers also comment that the pricing was competitive compared with other quotes obtained for similar work. The business handles both residential and commercial projects, and the same themes of quality workmanship, punctuality and clear communication recur across the feedback.

Ryan was awesome installing an outdoor fan for our deck area and completing some wiring to complete our outdoor spa setup... He was thoroughly explained what was needed, gave an exact quote and even went as far as matching paint with existing trims... Highly recommend, he did excellent work for our needs....

Just had Helix Electrical over for some urgent work at my place and they were awesome! Super quick to respond, turned up on time and gave me a clear quote with no surprises. The guys were friendly, explained everything simply and did a really neat high-quality job.

Quick and professional

We used Helix for some downlights and couldn’t fault them. Super easy to deal with, turned up on time and cleaned up after. More affordable than other electricians we looked at also.

Ryan installed this feature light and it came out perfect! Highly recommend Helix if you need an electrician in Newcastle.

Helix installed a ceiling fan in my son’s room. Excellent work. They were quick to respond and cheaper than the other quotes I received. I’ll definitely be using them again.
