Heinemann Electrical and Solar

Heinemann Electrical and Solar has built a steady following on the Sunshine Coast for the range of electrical and solar work it takes on, from smoke alarm installations and solar panel and inverter installations to repairs after accidental damage to a home's power supply. Alex Heinemann is named often in accounts of completed jobs, with customers noting his punctuality, careful workmanship and tidy habits on site.

Communication is a frequent point of praise: reviewers describe how he explains each stage of a project in clear terms, keeps clients updated as work proceeds and responds readily to questions. Homeowners managing first renovations mention that his advice and expertise eased their concerns, and his quotes are described as transparent and reasonable, without pressure to take on extra work. Sam also receives mention for making the free onsite quoting process quick and straightforward.

A recurring theme is that he arrives when he says he will, completes what was agreed and leaves the property clean. Accounts of a power line restored after damage and solar panels removed and refitted around roof repairs show the responsive service that appears often in descriptions of this small family business. Prompt responses to urgent requests, thorough attention to detail and friendly, easy-going dealings run through the feedback.

Professional and friendly, turns up on time, no mess left. Price came in less than the quote, love that. Would 100% recomend them for any work you need doing.

Alex has done a great job installing new solar panels and inverter for our home. He is prompt and respectful and tidy. We are very pleased with his work. I would not hesitate referring Heinemann Electrical.

Alex gives 1st class service. He communicates well, keeps you advised of what he is doing and does what he says he will do. An absolute pleasure to deal with!

I needed to have solar panels removed before and replaced after some roof repair works. Alex Heinemann was the only person I could find on the Sunshine Coast that could do the work in a reasonable timeframe to fit in with the roof repairs. He was very helpful and proficient.

Could not recommend Alex enough. We are new home owners undertaking a big renovation for the first time which is quite intimidating. Alex sat with us and explained each stage of the process in a structured, thorough but simple way that we were able to understand - his patience and communication skills removed the anxiety from the process. His expertise and advice is brilliant, his quotes were very reasonable, he did not try and upsell and we never felt pressured. We overheard him looking after our place/sticking up for us when speaking with other tradesfolk on site that were not taking the same level of care and diligence as he does. The electrical work itself has all been perfect and just what we needed. Alex has a lovely young family and we're very happy we picked to support a family business. In summary: excellent electrician, trustworthy professional, great communicator and a brilliant human being.

I'm really glad to have had Alex complete our electrical work. He was knowledgeable, professional, on time, and transparent in pricing. Recommended

Highly recommend this small family business. Sam was friendly and organised, making the free onsite quote quick and easy. Alex was efficient, thorough, and reliable, with great attention to detail. A smooth, professional experience—I’d happily use them again.
