Exceptional customer service from the team at Greys Electrical Gladstone. On 26/06/2026, Zac and Riley attended, and on 02/07/2026, Max and Riley attended, and both visits were exceptional. The quality of their work was excellent, but what really stood out was the genuine care they showed towards me as a customer. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made me feel valued and respected throughout both visits. On both occasions, I was feeling quite down, but the boys' friendly attitudes, professionalism, and genuine kindness put a smile on my face and truly made my day. That level of customer service is something you don't come across very often, and it certainly didn't go unnoticed. We recently had aircon installed in our home (4 x split systems) and a rewire of our electrical box. These guys are FABULOUS. Ethan, Alex, Cody and Guy were very professional, friendly and just a fabulous bunch of blokes who work well together as a team. They performed a superb and very neat and tidy job.
