Elite Electrical and Pumps

Electrical fault finding, switchboard upgrades, cabling and socket work, and reticulation relays and power points for automatic reticulation systems are among the jobs described by customers of this Mandurah business. Several reviewers describe the workmanship as high quality, with one noting the pride taken in a neatly finished switchboard, and a shed wiring job is singled out for both its standard of finish and a fair price. Reliability and punctuality come up repeatedly, as does the ease of booking and the speed of response.

Reviewers mention clear communication before and after the job, with options and advice offered rather than a single prescribed fix, and photographs of completed work passed on to a landlord for reassurance. Tidiness matters to customers, who note that the worksite was left in good order. Named staff feature in the feedback, with Sam, Sammy and Scott all credited for their handling of jobs, while Lisa at reception is praised for making bookings straightforward and for a friendly manner. Pricing is repeatedly described as fair, with no unexpected charges, and the team is also noted for politeness and for the care shown towards a customer's dogs.

Great job. Easy to book in and the work carried out was top quality. Highly recommend.

The two young gentlemen not only done a great job but were a pleasure to deal with thanks guys

The team at Elite Electrical are professional, reliable and do great quality work. If you’re in need of an electrician you’ll be glad you chose them.

We had several lights and a very fiddly towel rail installed in our new house . The electrcians came up with an innovative way to install the towel rail for ease of use and other ideas to improve the look of our lights. They stayed late to get it right and left the house spotlessly clean.

I couldn’t be happier with the service! From my first phone call with Lisa at reception through to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally. Lisa was friendly, helpful, and made the whole booking process easy. The pricing was very fair, and there were no hidden surprises. Considering that it was a small job. As a landlord, I really appreciated that they provided photos of the completed work. It gave me extra peace of mind knowing the job had been completed to a high standard without needing to be there in person. It’s hard to find honest, reliable tradespeople these days, but this team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!
