Dodds Electrical & Air

Across Mandurah and the surrounding districts, this company handles both electrical work and air conditioning, and more than one review describes a consistent standard from the first phone call through to completion. Ducted air conditioning is a recurring theme, with one customer returning for a second round of work on their system, while others mention the supply and installation of a larger unit for a home.

Down lights, power points, outdoor lighting, a towel dryer and fault finding on solar panels also appear in accounts of completed jobs. Named staff such as Jamie, Frazer, Justin, Bailey, Daniel, Lennon, Brandon and Mason are often mentioned by customers as punctual, efficient and tidy, with several noting that work areas were left clean. Clear explanations of the work carried out feature in feedback, as does patience when requests for adjustments were made during a job.

Office staff are praised for handling bookings and keeping customers updated ahead of visits. Customers describe the pricing as fair for the work involved, particularly on fault-finding and repair jobs, and problems such as an oven tripping the circuit and flickering lights were resolved on the spot. The second round of light installations and a return visit for a towel dryer round out the picture of repeat business.

Had an electrician and his apprentice remove an outdoor light and everything from the time I made the appointment to the completion of the job went perfectly. Justin and Bailey arrived on time and were both very friendly and professional. We have used Dodds in the past and would not hesitate to recommend this business in the future. Thankyou very much.

The guys did an amazing job and even cleaned up their mess. We are so happy with the whole team and 100 per cent recommend them to all who need their service.

Noah attended my property and provided excellent service. He was prompt, efficient, and very clear throughout the visit. He explained everything thoroughly, which left me feeling very confident using my system after he left. He was also incredibly thorough and even took the time to check additional areas that weren’t included on the original job sheet. Highly recommend his service.

Excellent service from Noah and Pierce. They were great — professional, quick, and efficient throughout the job. Highly recommend!

Very professional and knowledgeable and polite, very prompt and fixed issues immediately-Pricing for our job was fair with what they had to do for us, so thank you very much I can now use my oven without it tripping and my outside lights aren’t sending morse code to the street😂 Thank you and I highly recommend Nixon Electrical
