DJM Electrical & Solar

Household battery and solar panel installation dominates the feedback for this Newcastle electrician, with Dak and his team named again and again for their professionalism and friendliness. More than one review highlights that appointments are kept closely, that installations are left immaculately tidy, and that all questions are answered thoroughly before any commitment is made. Customers describe being guided towards a system that suited both their needs and their budget without any sales pressure, and communication from the office staff is singled out as excellent.

Larger projects are staffed so that panels and a battery can be finished in a single day, and one account notes that damaged roof tiles were identified afterwards. Customers in several reviews describe returning for a battery years after their original panels were fitted, while others came on the recommendation of friends or colleagues. The standard of workmanship, the speed of completion and the smooth progression from first enquiry through to handover are recurring themes, as is the readiness of the electricians to take on additional house and shed work.

We have used DJM for a number of jobs around the home and office and they never let us down. They arrive on time ready to get into the task at hand. They clean up after themselves and the crew are polite and courteous. Can strongly recommend them.

Dak and his team recently installed solar + a battery on our property. The day would have been a shocker to be on the roof but the guys knocked it out of the park. The install is very tidy and I'm beyond happy with it all! Not to forget the office crew either, their communication is fantastic. I won't hesitate to be using DJM again in the future!
