Direct Connect Electrical Contracting & Air Conditioning - Electrician Bunbury

Electrical and air conditioning work in Bunbury draws consistent praise for punctuality and a professional approach, with reviewers repeatedly noting that tradespeople arrive exactly when promised and complete tasks precisely as specified, including a same-day call-out that resolved everything on the spot. The standard of the finished result features often, particularly meticulous downlight installation planned around ceiling fans, and television mounting carried out with careful attention to positioning and the customer's wish to visualise the placement.

A recurring theme is the friendliness and knowledge of named staff, with Lachie, Darcy, Ando and a second Lachlan singled out for explaining options, discussing placements before work began and staying composed when unforeseen challenges arose; adding or changing items between quote and job day was handled without fuss. Tidiness matters to customers, who comment that no mess was left behind. Clear communication from the first enquiry through quoting and completion also comes up regularly, together with the sense that advice and ideas for future renovation work were offered freely. Promptness, reliability and a polite manner round out the feedback, which frequently highlights the team's willingness to accommodate last-minute adjustments.

Very happy with this electrician and the service they provided.

Very happy with the prompt service and communication from this electrician..

We phoned about an issue with our private power pole. We got a prompt reply and Lachlan came out to assess the problem. He came up with an honest solution, provided a very reasonable quote. The work was done to a good standard, much appreciated. Thank you, we will definitely call again.

So impressed with this company. Professional, punctual, friendly & knowledgeable. Totally amenable to change!! In between accepting the quote and the work day, I contacted Lachie 3 times to add or change something!! Everytime, it was, " no problem!!" On the work day, Lachie and Darcy were faced with a few unforeseen challenges, with which they found a solution, with a smile!!! Blew out their time schedule, again, "it won't be a problem ". Highly recommend. Above and beyond in all aspects of my dealings with this business . Kate Hurley
