Digger Thiele Electrical Bundaberg

Appliance repairs and parts supply shape much of what customers describe at this Bundaberg business, with washing machines, refrigerators and ageing appliances featuring repeatedly in accounts of the work undertaken. Various customers describe technicians who arrive quickly, diagnose why an item has failed and complete repairs on the spot, including a fridge fixed just before Christmas. A recurring theme is the reliability of the operation, with reviewers noting that the team is straightforward to work with and that agreed visits go ahead as planned. The ready availability of components for older machines is mentioned often, one customer observing that suitable parts have been in stock on each occasion.

Named staff attract particular praise: Sean is thanked for sourcing a washing machine part promptly, while Chantel is credited with managing a warranty repair smoothly and resolving a fault that had proved stubborn previously. Several accounts note helpful, knowledgeable attention both at the counter and on site, alongside charges considered reasonable for the work and parts involved. Deliveries of replacement appliances also feature, including a refrigerator supplied when the original could no longer be repaired. Staff expertise in tracing faults and explaining their causes completes the picture.

Don't know what the technicians are like but the lady on reception is pretty rude and unhelpful. Ended up cancelling the request because they couldn't even get the call out organised properly.
