Concept Electrical NSW

Across the Albury area, the theme that surfaces most often in feedback for Concept Electrical NSW is punctuality paired with a professional finish. Customers in several reviews describe tradespeople arriving exactly when promised, with one noting a team that turned up ahead of schedule, and more than one review highlights that jobs are completed efficiently without cutting corners. Installing ceiling fans, fitting smoke detectors, relocating power points and wall-mounting televisions are among the tasks described, along with minor appliance repairs where a replacement part was sourced without delay.

Tidiness receives consistent praise, with more than one account noting that areas were cleaned afterwards. Communication is another recurring point, particularly the ease of dealing with Brenton by phone and the clarity of the online booking and quoting process, while staff members Ireland, H, Jai and Lindsay are named in individual accounts for their knowledge and courtesy. Customers also note that when difficulties arose, they were resolved quickly and without fuss. The combination of prompt scheduling, informed advice and careful workmanship is what commenters return to, and several describe using the team on multiple occasions for maintenance coordination.

Excellent service from start to finish. The electricians arrived on time, professionally relocated several power points, and wall-mounted our TV exactly as requested. The work was completed efficiently and the finished result looks fantastic. Great communication, punctual and reliable. Highly recommend and would happily use their services again.

Concept Electrical was a very impressive company to deal with. They are extremely professional, courteous and wonderful communicators. I highly recommend Concept Electrical and thank Brenton and his team for taking such good care of us.

Prompt , professional and very friendly team. Very happy with our newly installed fan! Thank you 😊

Two stars because the work was done correctly and on time. Lost the other three for quoting $500 verbally, saying it would be cheaper to do by the hour (3h) rather than providing a paper quote; sending someone who worked slowly, went away for lunch and included that in the time "GPS tracked" then charging $890. I would suggest getting a paper quote up front to hold them to.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Concept Electrical NSW I had an excellent experience with Concept Electrical NSW from start to finish. I received a prompt quote followed by a smooth and timely installation. The team who attended my property were on time, extremely professional, and left the place absolutely spotless. Brenton and Jai were fantastic to deal with, and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for an electrical company that is, quite simply, one of the best.
