Comma Electrical

Promptness and clear communication stand out as the qualities Brisbane customers return to most often when describing this electrical business. Alex, named repeatedly across the feedback, is praised for arriving when promised and for talking through each stage of a job in plain language, particularly on electrical safety matters. Several reviewers describe a switchboard replacement carried out on schedule that resolved longstanding problems, while others mention ceiling fans and light fittings installed along with new wiring and a remote control explained in detail.

A recurring point is the standard of the finished work, with installation and wiring described as flawless and the site left as clean as it was found. Customers frequently note that quotes are fair and that pricing is discussed openly before work begins, and same-day or short-notice attendance for power outages and faults comes up often. The manner of the electrician also draws comment, being described as patient, well-mannered and considerate of the home, with one account noting that the property was treated with care throughout. Jobs span the repair of significant faults, additional power points and lighting upgrades, and the advice given afterwards is valued as much as the work itself.

We are very impressed with Alex’s service, he’s very reasonable in terms of price, friendly and most of all, punctual/on time… highly recommended!
