Chucks Electrical

Reliability and a professional approach come through as the strongest recurring impressions of this Sunshine Coast electrical business. Reviewers repeatedly note that Charlie and his crew turn up as arranged and work steadily through each job, whether the project involves a renovation, a new build or smaller repairs. The calibre of the completed work draws consistent praise, with careful detailing highlighted in jobs involving light fittings and ceiling fans.

Communication is another theme that surfaces often: customers describe being kept informed at every stage and having their options talked through so decisions feel straightforward. Honest guidance is valued, especially when selecting equipment or planning ducted and split system air conditioning. Charges are viewed as reasonable and upfront, while the team is regularly described as courteous and considerate, leaving the site neat once finished.

Beyond climate control and general electrical installation, accounts cover shifting power points, supplying electricity to rooftop and outdoor areas, swapping out light fittings and updating homes with modern fixtures. Problems that cropped up during jobs were reportedly resolved promptly and calmly, and numerous customers say they would call on the team again for later electrical needs. Charlie's patience and commitment during building projects appear in multiple accounts, as does the helpfulness of his crew on installation days.

Our ducted air conditioner stopped working after 20 years. We needed a completely new system. JD quoted and came out as the best and seemed very honest, so we gave them the job. There were a few hiccups but nothing that they couldn’t sort out quickly. I would highly recommend Chuck’s to anyone considering ducted air conditioning.

Charlie at Chuck Electrical is a pleasure to work with. We engaged with Charlie and team during our build. His professionalism, patience, and dedication ensure smooth transaction and excellent results. Highly recommended for anyone seeking electrical services.

Amazing service from the boys. We have just completed a new build where Chucks did the full electrical and AC. Charlie was easy to deal with and extremely helpful when putting together my electrical plan. The work was completed without a glitch. Anything outstanding was addressed immediately. The boys were on time and executed the work professionally and proficiently. Thanks for the excellent work! Highly recommend the boys at Chucks.

Chucks Electrical installed a new split system aircon in our bedroom and we could not be happier, Charlie and his crew are polite, respectful and very helpful. They did a very professional job and left worksite clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending CHUCKS ELECTRICAL to anyone needing electrical work done. Joy Harris

Charlie is THE EXPERT !! he provided us with exceptional advice, options, work, service and at a great price. We wanted to modernise our home with new lighting and fans. Charlie was prompt, honest and professional. Excellent communication throughout. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you for all your help Charlie!

What a breath of fresh air Charlie and his team are from Chucks Electrical. Absolutely no comparison to another company that we had engaged and completed work a year ago. At that time I had asked to do certain things only to be met with ‘nup that’s not possible’. We asked this company to come and quote us again for some additional work only to wait 3 weeks with having to follow up twice to receive a quote that was excessive in price to say the least. After reading reviews online we decided to get a quote from Chucks Electrical. Charlie came and quoted the work within hours. I made a remark about the previous electrician who said that can’t be done only for Charlie to say, ‘what would you like done’? Everything that they previously advised couldn’t be done was done quickly and professionally. Charlie’s attitude is we can make it work and gave options. In fact he pointed out that he had made some chip which I couldn’t even see and fixed. He also fixed some cables that the previous electrician had left dangling mid air and tied up at no additional charge. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Chucks Electrical. Very friendly quick working, clean and extremely cost efficient.

Whenever you want tradesmen to come and do work for you, you expect - RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL, GOOD VALUE AND of course GOOD QUALITY... We found this in every aspect of the work done by these guys. Dealing with Chucks Electrical has been one of the best things that we ever did. Charlie and his team were on time, completed the work with little or no impact to ourselves. The team were friendly and nothing was impossible... Everything we had asked for was completed without fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending CHUCKS ELECTRICAL for any electrical work required.! We will certainly be using them again and again. Thank You Charlie Palmer and Team.
