Brisbane Power Electricians

Homeowners and commercial clients in Brisbane describe a consistently dependable electrical contractor, with the same names and strengths surfacing across accounts of work at houses and businesses. Ramsey and Ramzi are singled out repeatedly for prompt, patient help, including over-the-phone troubleshooting that restored power after a high voltage event, a faulty smoke alarm late at night and a neon shorting a tenancy, saving call-out fees.

Several customers describe punctual arrivals, clear explanations of each stage, and a habit of cleaning up so thoroughly the property looked untouched. Reviews regularly refer to fair, competitive pricing quoted without pressure, along with straightforward communication before and after the job and quick responses to unexpected faults. The types of work covered include general electrical installation and repair, lighting, air conditioning repairs and switchboard faults, with one commercial client noting ongoing electrical support alongside plumbing projects.

Advice over the phone is described as accurate, calm and generous, with troubleshooting that identified a failed circuit breaker from a photograph and guided a power restoration while the caller was off site. A recurring theme is how problems are handled, from rapid diagnosis to next-day attendance for a small fault, and the friendliness of the team throughout each visit.

Ramzi and Brisbane Power have been our electricians for the 5 years we have owned our current house after meeting him during renovation work. They have never failed to do great work and have always gone the extra mile. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Was happy to initially try and trouble shoot over the phone, arrived when they said they would, excellent communicators and was quick to find the fault. Excellent service - and very well mannered!!

Amazing company.l!!! So helpful, honest and reliable. I highly recommend!!Thank you for your help on a Sunday morning!!

These legends just saved us from a massive bill by assisting with a faulty smoke alarm over the phone at 10:45pm. Absolutely indebted and will be using their services at any necessary occasion. Highly recommend!

I got home this morning at 0730 after a string of 4 12hr night shifts. Fridges out, air con out, everything out. I called Ramzi and over the phone he walked me the troubleshooting and got my power back. He would not take any payment for his time, which I'm sure is very valuable. He just asked me to leave a review. So here it is. Can't speak highly enough of this young man. Thank you very much mate. 10 out of 10.

Ramzi talked me through a neon shorting my tenancy to get power back on, saving me an emergency call out fee and came out to fix it the next morning. He was fast, kind, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
