I had Paul & I believe Sam help me out this morning and I FAINTED five minutes after they entered the house. Paul was incredibly helpful (he’d just done his first aid course recently) and both were incredibly friendly and kind. Five star service that’s for sure! More than that - they went out their way to chat to me and make me feel less embarrassed which I really appreciated. The boys were lovely, easy to talk to and get along with and did all of this whilst fixing the lighting at the same time. They also cleaned up really nicely which I appreciated a lot. Overall, I couldn’t recommend them more! As a younger woman it can be a bit daunting dealing with tradesmen at times but this was the complete opposite of that. I will genuinely be recommending the boys and the company to anyone who will listen, and safe to say I’ll be telling everyone since I think the situation is hilarious.

Sam was really professional. Arrived on time. Really helpful and knowledgeable.Friendly and polite. . I would highly recommend Sam and the team. The initial call when I spoke to Josh was really positive. He couldn’t do enough to help me even though it was a small job. All in all a very positive experience.

Highly recommended Barrack Electrician. I hired them to install 3 ceiling fan,but I purchased the wrong ones. Sam and Paul went above and beyond by driving to Bunnings to exchange them for me. They also installed 3 power points and advised what other electrical jobs need future attention without the hatd sell. They were friendly, professional and helpful. I will request Sam and Paul for my next job.

I've engaged Josh twice now and found him to be very mannered, timely, thorough, excellent at explaining issues and patient with my questions. The second time he helped me diagnose an issue remotely, referring us on to another Level 2 electrician thus saving us a call out charge. Highly recommend.
