Marcus came same day as called. Friendly, professional and found fault quickly. Asked him to look at another job that he was not called out for and without hesitation found a faulty fitting so saved a potential hazard. Cleaned up afterwards so I do not have too. Recommended him already to others.

I had a sudden power outage affecting half the power points in the house tonight. I called Marcus and he came out quickly even though it was after hours and raining. He did a proper diagnostic with testing equipment instead of just replacing the fuse - he found that an old power point in the shed had got wet and caused a short circuit. He safely disconnected the faulty shed circuit resulted in working under roof tiles and restored power to the house. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and did a thorough job. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend him.
