All Electrical & Refrigeration Services

Recurring across the feedback for this Mackay operation is a clear split between the experience of scheduled electrical and refrigeration work and the handling of some warranty-related appliance repairs. More than one customer describes punctual attendance and describe the office team as helpful when arranging bookings, with named staff such as Jake, Mitchell, Josh and Jan singled out for their knowledge and approachable manner.

Air conditioning work comes up often, including the supply and installation of multiple split systems and servicing of existing units, alongside general electrical and appliance repair tasks. More than one review highlights that jobs were completed properly and that communication from the office made the process straightforward, with parts replaced and problems diagnosed efficiently. A point made in several accounts is the friendliness of both the technicians and the administrative staff.

Among the less positive accounts, some describe long waits for warranty repairs, parts taking weeks to arrive and frustration when a job was not resolved on the first attempt, with a dishwasher and a dryer repair mentioned specifically. Billing and reception interactions were also raised in a small number of cases. The consistent theme in the positive feedback remains the air conditioning installation and service work carried out by Mitchell and the team.

I have used All Electrical twice in the last 18 months. Once to fix a dishwasher and this week to install an oven and grill and a clothes dryer. On both occasions they were prompt and courteous and their work was faultless. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Air-conditioner installed and remaining air-conditioners serviced last week and we really appreciated the service provided by All Electrical & Refrigeration. They were professional, punctual and so easy to engage. Thoroughly recommend this business.

Took a washing machine in for a new discharge hose. Paid the service fee but the Part Number for the new hose could not be found. Was asked to take my washing machine away which i did. Found a Part Number and hose myself and had it installed by others.

Great people! Office staff were lovely and very helpful. We then had Josh here twice in two days. First day, to diagnose the problem and the next day to replace the dead part. He did an awesome job and we're very pleased with the service from start to finish.

With very short notice (the day before) Josh turned up to do 3 electrical jobs for us. He was very professional, friendly and quick and the price was very affordable and way less than we thought it would be. I highly recommend Josh and this company. Thanks very much, Ruth and Greg, West Mackay.

I only had a minor issue with my dishwasher but I can't fault the service. The lady I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful, gave me a price estimate without prompting. The technician arrived within the specified time frame and was polite and friendly. He fixed the issue quickly, and the price matched what was quoted.

I was seen by Jake who came around exactly on time thanks to the amazing and very professional admin girls. The service provided by All Electrical and Jake was the BEST SERVICE I've ever experienced thus far, therefore I rated them 5 star's. I would not go through any other electrical provider to be honest. Well done everyone at All Electrical
