Rock Electrical

Reliability and careful workmanship stand out across the feedback accumulated by this Hobart electrical contractor over several years. Many clients describe returning time and again for jobs ranging from heating installation, solar maintenance and subterranean power upgrades to fitting kitchen appliances and overhauling entire household wiring, reporting that standards hold steady. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the habit of arriving at the promised hour, working methodically and leaving each space cleaner than before, including one instance of boots being removed at the doorway unprompted.

Guidance from Josh on lighting selection and plain-language explanations of faults feature frequently, while James, Dan, Shaun and Ross are named for their patience and courtesy in rectifying problems with switches, downlights and a heat pump fan. Detailed quotes, candid communication throughout each project and final accounts that matched or came in under the estimate are mentioned regularly. The crew's readiness to tackle awkward heritage fittings and unforeseen snags calmly also draws comment, as does the speed of restoring power, with clients valuing efforts to help them understand their own systems.

I recently had Rock Electrical do some work at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They quickly diagnosed a tricky wiring issue that other electricians had missed. The electrician who came to my house, Shaun, was punctual, courteous, and clearly explained the work that needed to be done. What impressed me most was their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The job was completed efficiently, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Plus, their pricing was fair and transparent. I highly recommend Rock Electrical for any electrical needs!
