In the middle of a long weekend, with a very ill occupant & lots of family around, our kitchen circuit failed. Connected to this circuit was the critically important oxygen concentrator. Rick arrived within 20 minutes! He was helpful, supportive, respectful & very competent. He troubleshot the problem, gave us some options, helped us make a decision & then installed the fix. Is there anyway I can put 10 STARS in this review for Rick!?!?!

I called two Electrical Services that claimed to be 24/7 or After Hours. Left messages on both. One never got back to me and the other one got back to me 10 hours later. The third service I called was Protected Electrical & Data. Answered the call immediately, and when I explained the issue, he said he would be out in 30 minutes, which he was. Abolutely friendly and professional service, and knew exactly what he needed to be done. Would wholly recommend Protected Electrical & Data to anyone.
