Next Electrical Solutions

Punctuality and a professional manner stand out as the most consistent themes running through feedback for Next Electrical Solutions in Mildura. Tradespeople are described as arriving when promised and finishing tasks neatly, with care taken to explain the work as it progressed. Tom Bowes, also referred to as Tom B, is named repeatedly for friendliness, clear communication and a tidy result, while Brad earns praise for efficiency and for willingly taking on extra jobs not in the original plan. Reviewers note that return visits kept the same dependable standard, and Jade is credited with installing a safety switch that later protected a home during an appliance-related outage.

The range of work covered in accounts includes ceiling fan and downlight installation, hardwired security cameras, television mounting and fault diagnosis on faulty devices. Prompt replies to online enquiries are highlighted, along with on-site explanations that left customers confident about the outcome, and the team is consistently described as approachable. Tidiness after completion and the calibre of the finished work recur as markers of how the business operates, with even smaller jobs receiving careful attention.

They came on time and did a good job installing the new fan and downlights!

We had the return service of Brad yesterday and his service was just as good as the first time. So I can see consistency with Next Electrical.

I couldn't be happier with the service from Next Electrical. I submitted an online enquiry over the weekend and was contacted promptly at 9am on Monday morning, which was a great start and showed just how responsive and professional their team is. Brad came out to hardwire our security cameras and was fantastic to deal with. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to ensure everything was completed to a very high standard. The quality of his work was outstanding, and he left everything neat and tidy when he finished. From the office staff to Brad's workmanship, the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I highly recommend Next Electrical and will definitely use them again in the future.
