I engaged Mahmoud from Melbourne General Electrical Services to rectify some compliance issues. He was very professional and took great pride in his work. Communicated proactively, gave a fair and reasonable price and was transparent about the process the whole way though. Along with his team (Sal and Yas) they completed the work efficiently with no fuss and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Melbourne General Electrical Services.
Mo was great. Came out immediately - even though it was 10pm on a Sunday night. And sorted it all out with no hassle. He really understands customer service too!
I can’t recommend Mo more highly. I had a scary issue with my electrics and Mo came and checked my power board ,lights and power points and completely reassured me that my space was safe.His fee was really reasonable. He’s also so very respectful and kind. You don’t always get that with tradies.
We needed to upgrade the electrical system for an old house from the fifties. Mo was clear and honest about what did and didn't need to be done, which ultimately ended up saving us money and time. Great communication, efficient work, and overall just really well looked after. Would highly recommend!
Absolutely wonderful service from Mo, he was very flexible with his schedule. Very thorough with his diagnostics and was keen to come up with a solution within the same visit, especially considering the issue my apartment had was a bit unique. Would recommend.
