Luke Mitchell Electrical

Geelong households and businesses have been turning to Luke Mitchell Electrical for a range of electrical work, and the feedback consistently centres on a professional team that customers trust with both major projects and smaller call-outs. Several reviewers describe years of repeat business, from a kitchen renovation in an older home to solar panel and battery installations, with the team handling challenges and unexpected issues as they arise.

Punctuality and fast response are mentioned repeatedly, as is the care taken to explain work in plain terms and answer questions along the way, so customers understand what is being done. Reviewers name Luke, Josh, Chris and Harry, noting courteous and obliging manners and a willingness to go beyond what was expected, particularly when safety and detail are concerned. Tidiness and minimal disruption during installations come up often, along with attention to working safely.

Customers also value advice on choosing the system that suits their household and on getting the most from it to reduce energy bills, and the pricing is described as fair, including a willingness to adjust charges for a customer in difficult circumstances. The recurring picture is of a knowledgeable, well-prepared team whose workmanship and communication leave customers comfortable calling them again.

If you want great quality and service then do not go here! I would post my text here but unable so check his Facebook review… Sent text with my requirements and got this a reply! Your dreaming Mate! Very unprofessional.

Definitely the best Electrician in Geelong, Luke and his team are so efficient, great quality work and just so easy to work with. Highly recommend this local business for all your electrical work. Thanks again for your great work. Looking Forward to working with your team again. Kind regards Lee

Josh and the team removed 10 old panels from our roof, installed 22 new ones, and a 14.2 kWh battery. They were prompt, efficient, totally professional and completed the removal/install without any issues, and the minimum of disruption. The system is now working brilliantly and is a testament to the work of Josh and the team. This is not the first time we have used LME (and won't be the last). Their work is of the highest calibre and we recommend them to others without reservation.

Thanks again to the professional team at Mitchell Electrical for the installation of our solar panels. Luke ensured the process was simple and detailed and he ensured we had the right system for our family. Josh and Bo who installed the system were there to answer any questions along the way as well as providing a summary on how to maximise the system to reduce energy bills. Thanks again.

Luckily, the sparky I was recommended was busy so I googled someone close by and found Luke and his team. These guys are fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone; and furthermore, they will be the only electricians that I'll be using from here on out. During our kitchen renovation - with the exception of Luke's guys - the recurring theme was a complete lack of care from trades (brand new dishwasher scratched, brand new heat-pump compressor damaged, more plaster on the floor than the walls, mess left everywhere etc etc). Chris and Dom were the complete opposite and their level of care really stands out in the whole experience. Chris came around first to disconnect everything and was punctual, polite, tidy and a good bloke. Dom did the bulk of the work and was just awesome. He ran all the cabling including a new 32 amp circuit for the induction cooktop, installed the cooktop, oven and range hood and all the power points. He was always on time, his work was neat and he tidied up afterwards. Also, he was super patient when I kept texting him with dumb questions! Luke was easy to get hold of and always had one of the guys booked in within a day or two. There is a heap more electrical work needed at our old house and these are the guys that I'll be getting to do it. Five stars every day of the week.

Luke Mitchell Electrical are a great team of electricians, Always a pleasure to work alongside them. Very knowledgeable team, We highly recommend them for all electrical work.

Luke was professional , returned my calls promptly and was flexible with job requests on day. Was wonderful to deal with a business that has such excellent customer service. Very pleased with the job. Would definately use LME again and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
