Tom arrived at our house on time as promised. He explained the work that he was going to do before starting which was great. He completed the job to our total satisfaction in good time and tidied up after himself. We would definitely use Hello Electrical again for any future work that we may need done.

Had a terrific experience with Ryan, Leyton and Max installing front and rear lighting and other electrical work at our home. Ryan spent considerable time investigating before providing us with a quote to fix / install everything which was about 30 exterior lights, upgraded breakers, interior lights and fans, and sorted out some other issues. The quote was reasonable and a date was locked in within 7 days. Ryan and his offsiders arrived on time each day and finished the entire job in two days which was within the agreed time frame. They left everything neat and tidy too. Overall we are very happy with Hello and the services they provide and we are thrilled with the final result.

Hello Electrical did some electrical work at our place in North Epping. The work included installing downlights, oyster lights, lighting up the sub floor with LED batons, installing a sensor light and doing sone upgrades to the meter board. Ryan, Tom, Harry and the team did an excellent job. They are very professional & courteous. They explained everything from the beginning, did a great job, kept the place clean and tidy, so we are happy!

I had a switchboard upgrade done by Hello Electrical. The electricians are very reliable, knowledgeable and have strong attention to detail. They finished the job in a timely manner and the quote/payment process is just simple and seamless. Before they left, they went around and double checked everything making sure all the switches and power outlets were working properly. We’ve had a great experience with Hello Electrical, upgrading our light switches to a smart system. In particular, Tom was outstanding - 10/10 service. He went above and beyond in his assessment of the original wiring so that we knew exactly what would be possible without having to run any new wires, and then he was patient and helpful while we were selecting the right product to meet our very specific needs. We also wanted a few modifications to our switching controls and he breezed through those with no fuss. Super friendly and incredibly professional. Great people doing great work - we couldn’t be happier.
