Qualified people on site at exact time. They did seek to reschedule but I was unable to meet the rescheduled time, so still came at the original appointed time. Work was of good quality and everything cleaned up well. Nice staff to talk to as well.

They also set up our outdoor heating strips and downlights in the pergola area, which have completely transformed the space. It’s now so much more functional and inviting! As part of their thorough service, they also installed a new smoke alarm to ensure our home was safe and fully compliant with current regulations — giving us extra peace of mind. On top of that, they helped us install our security cameras and made sure everything was connected to Wi-Fi before they left — going above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly.
