Dix Electrical

Urgent electrical faults and repeat household work bring customers to Dix Electrical in Nowra, where Bob and his team are repeatedly described as prompt and dependable. Several accounts describe fault diagnosis and repair being handled quickly when power problems needed immediate attention, with the job finished on the first visit. Reviews regularly refer to that the team arrives when promised, a point that comes up often in descriptions of both emergency call-outs and routine jobs.

Pricing is described as reasonable and honest, with customers noting that quotes are clear and the final cost matches what was discussed. The same names recur across accounts, with Bob personally credited for attending jobs and explaining the work carried out.

Customers who have engaged the business more than once describe the same standard of service each time, from the initial call through to the completed repair, and they note that the work area is left tidy afterwards. Honesty is a theme that runs through the feedback, with customers characterising the operator as straightforward and trustworthy. The feedback centres on electrical fault finding and repair, and on the confidence customers place in the team for both one-off urgent calls and ongoing electrical work at their properties.

Bob is the best!

I called Bob from Dix electrical about an electrical fault that had to be urgently fixed. Bob was able to diagnose and fix the issue promptly. Would not hesitate to use him again! A true blue honest operator.
