BTH Electrical & Lighting

Homeowners and landlords around Port Macquarie have plenty to say about BTH Electrical & Lighting, and the same threads surface again and again. Hugo is the name that runs through the accounts, spoken of as friendly, efficient and respectful, arriving when arranged and working around customers' schedules. Faults are traced and repaired without delay, with a faulty power point at a rental and an electrical problem in a home both dealt with swiftly. Bigger jobs are covered too, among them installing five ceiling fans and upgrading much of a property's electrical hardware, while wiring for a new kitchen is described as handled competently.

Clear communication before and after the work is a point that comes up often, one customer noting that advice sought on two occasions proved knowledgeable. Charges are called reasonable, and a seniors discount is mentioned. Tidiness stands out as well, with shoes removed at the door and the area left clean. Hugo's experience looking after elderly residents is raised as evidence of a patient, caring manner. Repairs and installations alike are finished promptly, with the workmanship described as careful and thorough.

Thanks Hugo and Dylan for the amazing work you did, at times under tricky conditions. The kitchen looks fantastic and my wife is thrilled to have the additional power outlets for her lamps. It is also comforting to know the wired smoke alarm will be reliable 24/7. We will definitely use BTH Electrical and Lighting again in the future.
