Lost the Home Screen in our Honda Crv,so no radio,Air conditioning,gps,reversing camera.Called into this business and within an hour it was fixed.Everything was checked and the technician was so polite and thorough.Would recommend these guys to anyone.Very reasonably priced.

Absolutely horrendous Initially I called Kelso Radiator & Air Conditioner Service and told them my aircon was very cold but kept stopping, and then when I started the car again, the aircon would go. I was told it was not the aircon gas but rather an electrical fault. I was told to take my car to Auto Watt. I booked my car for an inspection, after telling the lady what the issue was. I also asked to speak to the technitian but my request was dismissed. Then even though I had scheduled the inspection, I was told they didn't know when they would get to it. I had to get a taxi home and back, and so I was already $50 out of pocket. I came back and I was told the gas was slightly low and they topped it up and everything is working fine. I explained again that the aircon was already very cold and that it was an electrical issue. I said I would be back again as I was sure the problem had not been resolved. Once the car day gets hot, the aircon keeps stopping again, just as I had explained. I called Auto Watt again and was told that it was because of the gas. Round and round in circles I went, explaining that it keeps stopping. The attitude I recieved was pathetic and rude. I was told to bring the car in again in the morning. The trouble is, the aircon works without fail when the day temperature is cool, so mornings it will not stop, so I knew it was a waste of my time and taxi money again. I went through a process of elimination the problem by myself, checking fuses, relays and connections. I found the connection to the blower if disconected and reconnected would make the aircon work, I concluded the HVAC Module had a fault. The electric fault was the exact issue that should have been investigated given the symtoms explained to Auto Watt right from the start. After replacing the HVAC unit there is no longer any problem at all with my aircon. The aircon works consistently. The tested HVAC module cost me $88 from a wrecker. It was an electrical issue and yet Auto Watt disgregarded my explaination of the fault, wasted my time and cost me over $220, for no need whatsoever. Regardless of any excuse by Auto Watt, they failed to listen to their customer. I have a severe spinal disease and the entire reason I did not want to do it myself was because of the incredible pain any under dash work causes me. I am now riddled with pain. I have no doubt they are good for many other reasons, but from my perspective, it was an extremely poor and frustrating experience, let alone a total wasted money which I cannot afford to waste on a dissability pension. I will never return.

My car broke down with a failing alternator, at lunchtime on a Friday as I was driving from Cowra to Sydney. The team at Autowatt were very helpful, they helped get my car to there workshop, sourced the part that was needed and had me on my way by 3pm. Had Auto Watt install my Wifes UHF in her Trailblazer. Professional install, can't fault these guys at all. Prompt to start and finished before time. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'll be back for certain. 👍👍

The guys at Auto Watt were awesome and straight on the job, we broke down in our work truck in bathurst early Tuesday morning, they came out no questions asked and jumped started us aswell as diagnosed that we had shot batteries so we went back to there shop and they happily changed them over to brand new ones and got us on our way again, couldn't thank them enough as we had lost 2hrs on our deliveries as it was.
